Kay Landen retired from First Data Corporation as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Her 30+ year career in Human Resources Management included experience at AT&T, Central Banks of Colorado, American Express and First Data. For the last several years of her career she specialized in merger and acquisition work with an emphasis on organizational change.
Her Board and volunteer experience includes 20+ years on the Boards of the Heartland Chapter (Omaha, Nebraska) and the Mile High Chapter of the American Red Cross. During her time with Central Banks of Colorado, she served as President, The National Association of Bank Women. She has also served on the Boards of Junior Achievement, Dress for Success, The American Institute for Banking, The Alzheimer's Association, Colorado Chapter, and as President of AWARE, an all-volunteer auxiliary of the Association. Currently, she is Immediate Past President and a member of the Board of the City Club of Denver. Kay is a graduate of Connecticut College, New London, Connecticut and has benefited from Executive Leadership training at Duke University and the Harvard University School of Business Administration. She has authored or contributed to articles appearing in professional journals. Kay is a Leadership Denver alumna.
