A long-time resident of Denver, Laurie Hirschfeld Zeller provides strategic communications consulting services to foundations and nonprofit organizations. She has a broad range of experience in building consensus, coalitions and alliances around policies and challenges facing Denver and Colorado. Her professional experience includes management positions with the National Civic League, the Bell Policy Center, and the bi-partisan statewide ballot campaign, Yes on Referenda C and D. Zeller has served as Executive Director of the Colorado Democracy Alliance, President of A+ Denver as well as Vice President for Community Initiatives and Investment for the Women's Foundation of Colorado.
Zeller was a founding member of the Governing Board of World Denver, and has also served on the nonprofit boards of the Colorado Children’s Campaign, the Children’s Museum of Denver, and the Institute for International Education’s Rocky Mountain regional office. She is a member of the steering committee of RMPBS’ Women and Girls Lead initiative, and has chaired the Denver World Affairs Council, the Denver International Visitors’ Leadership Council and the Colorado Democratic Women’s PAC. She is married and has two college-aged children.
