Jessica (“Jess”) Koloini serves as International Business Development (IBD) Analyst for Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company (SSC). In this capacity, she directly supports the Vice President of IBD, the regional IBD team, and broader SSC area in identifying and pursuing new opportunities in key global markets, while also promoting existing customer and regional relationships. In December of 2013, Jessica graduated with a Master’s of Arts in International Affairs from the George Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University. As part of this program, she twice participated in an Arabic immersion program with the Center for International Learning in Muscat, Oman. She has an intermediate proficiency Arabic, along with an intermediate proficiency in Spanish, and has a basic understanding of Japanese. Just before beginning her graduate studies in September of 2011, Jess served as Vice President of Programs for the World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth (WACDFW). She began her work with the Council as a Programs Intern in February of 2005, and was hired as Director of Programs in June of 2005. There, she was responsible for long-range planning of the Council’s speaker events, planning and execution of the organization’s annual fundraiser (the H. Neil Mallon Award Dinner). Since her departure from the Council in 2011, Jessica and her husband, Travis, have continued their involvement and support of the WACDFW and the Dallas Committee on Foreign Relations.
