STEP 4: Action Plan
Time to get creative!
You have identified your S.M.A.R.T. solution and received feedback and advice on how to best proceed with your project, so now it’s time to formalize your action plan. Consider how your project will be funded, logistics of conducting the project, and how you will share your progress!
In Step 4:
- Complete an Action Plan template for a clear outline of how you will accomplish your goal
- Use the WAC Budgeting Tools to determine which resources (time and money) you will need to make your project a reality
- Review your action plan + budget to make sure that your plan still aligns with the S.M.A.R.T. guidelines
- If you have not already done so, email WAC@worlddenver.org with a date and time (between March 9-22) for your team's Q&A with the judges
